So when they needed a new website, they knew who to call.
Eatons had thought long and hard about the kind of website they wanted before giving us the brief.
Naturally, it needed to encompass all of their business areas from commercial property law to wills and inheritance, and everything in between. It also had to capture the personal nature of the service they provide as well as being easy and intuitive for visitors to navigate.
Equally important were the CMS aspects of the site. It was their vision that, as soon as the site was up and running, they could take almost total control of it with the ability to add or take away content whether this was text, images or even videos.
Also to be considered was the all-important element of SEO. In their highly competitive sector in which most searches for legal advice begin with Google, appearing high, if not top, in the rankings is essential.
Working closely with Eatons, as we've always done, we went through the standard development process for any website from producing a site map and wireframes, to development and, finally, testing before the full roll out.
Two elements that were particularly important were the need for the website to be managed internally after launch and the other was that it had to be super-secure – something that is critical for a law firm which is always privy to sensitive information.
So our developers built these in these elements from the outset, working in unison with designers to ensure the site looked professional and attractive as well as offering total usability.
Most importantly, rather than using an "off the shelf" CRM system, we designed and built a custom version to meet Eatons' needs precisely.

Because of the unique nature of the CMS devised by Cefar, it means that SEO is also managed internally, eliminating the need for an external agency to carry out this vital work.
