We were given a brief to design the brand identity, website and social media strategy for Plug-in Therapy, a start up counselling and therapy service. The brand focuses on mental wellbeing as a whole and we wanted the brand to reflect that. Using neutral, natural colours, friendly imagery featuring earth and terracotta tones, and by using simple information and clear user journeys, we created a website and identity that is both calming and inviting. The website is informative and provides clients with everything they need to know before booking a consultation
When the client came to us, it was clear that they have a focus and expertise with counselling and therapy services, and we wanted to create a brand identity and website to ensure that this message was conveyed throughout. So, starting with their brand identity, including the logo, colour palette, typography and other visual elements, this includes neutral and calming tones. Following the themes, we wanted to ensure that their website was calming but informative, ensuring a focus on the user journey. Ensuring that the client has everything they need to book a consultation, we created a website and identity which is inviting. Now, they have their website and identity to spread the brand message; ensuring they had eyes on their website was also essential. This is when we started to develop the social media strategy. This strategy may include identifying target audiences, selecting social media platforms, creating content, and determining a posting schedule.
